Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver island wide across Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

We will contact you by phone to confirm the order before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
Delivery timelines remain the same for COD and prepaid orders.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a notification with tracking or delivery details.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or due to courier issues beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Otherwise, a standard delivery fee may apply based on your location.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at connect.hublync@gmail.com.
